Who we are
Ivora is run by Ivan Petrus, based in Ukraine, who is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@ivora.life.
What we collect on this website
- Server logs. Our web server records technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the site secure and working, and keep it only as long as needed for that.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and how people move between them. They receive data such as your IP address, device and browser details and interactions with the page; Clarity may record how the page is scrolled and clicked. We do not use this data to identify you or for advertising. Clarity runs, and analytics cookies are set, only if you accept them, as described under Cookies below.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer you and for as long as the conversation needs.
The website has no accounts, no forms and no payments. Fonts are served from our own server, so reading a page does not contact a third-party font service.
Legal basis
We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website, analytics cookies on the basis of your consent, and emails on the basis of answering your request.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers that run the site: our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany), Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.
Google and Microsoft are based in the United States and may process data there. Both take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are also covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in their terms.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and they are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all, and Google Analytics runs without cookies: through Google Consent Mode it receives basic signals without an identifier. Advertising storage is always off, and advertising data is redacted.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Data tools
Our data tools are sold and run on the Apify Store. Your Apify account, payments and the runs you start are handled by Apify under its own privacy policy. We see only the information Apify makes available to tool developers, and anything you send us directly, such as an email or an issue report.
The tools collect publicly available data that you choose to collect. For any personal data in your results, you decide how it is used and you are responsible for having a legal basis for it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. Email support@ivora.life to use any of these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
