Trustpilot Reviews Scraper & New Review Monitor

Reading Trustpilot for one brand is easy; keeping up with your own brand and five competitors every day is not. This Trustpilot reviews scraper checks them all in one run and returns only the reviews that are new since the last one.

What it does

Add brands by domain, such as gymshark.com, or by their Trustpilot URL. On each run the tool reads the newest review pages of every brand and returns, for each review:

  • The review itself: rating, title, text, language, date published and date of the experience.
  • The author: name, country and how many reviews they have written, and whether the review is verified.
  • The company's reply: whether there is one, its text and when it was posted.
  • The brand: its domain and current TrustScore, plus one summary row per brand.

In monitor mode the tool remembers what it has seen, so a daily run returns only reviews that are new since the last run. Narrow them down with a maximum rating, for example 2 to get only 1 and 2 star reviews, and with “only unanswered” to get the reviews still waiting for a reply.

By default the first run records each brand's current reviews as a starting point and returns a small sample, so you are not billed for a brand's whole history. Trustpilot's bot check is handled with a headless browser, with a residential proxy as a fallback.

Who uses it

  • Customer support and CX teams who want every new 1 or 2 star review, and every unanswered one, in their queue the same day.
  • Brand and reputation managers tracking review volume, ratings and TrustScore over time.
  • E-commerce and marketing teams reading what customers say about competitors, by country and language.
  • Agencies reporting review activity for several client brands from one scheduled run.

How it works

  1. Add the brands to watch, by domain or Trustpilot URL. Optionally set a maximum rating and “only unanswered”.

  2. Run it once to record each brand's current reviews as a starting point.

  3. Schedule it daily and get only the new reviews, by email, in Slack or Google Sheets, through a webhook, or as JSON, CSV or Excel.

Pricing

Pay per use on Apify. No subscription from us.

  • $0.005per run
  • $0.003per brandchecked
  • $1.00per 1,000 new reviews

Summary and error rows are free, and brands that could not be read are not charged. Watching 20 brands daily with about five new reviews each costs $0.005 + 20 × $0.003 + 100 × $0.001, about $0.17 a day.

Limits

  • Trustpilot's bot check is passed with a headless browser and a residential proxy as a fallback. If Trustpilot changes its pages, the tool can stop working until it is fixed.
  • The domain must match the one Trustpilot uses, with or without www. If you are not sure, paste the brand's Trustpilot URL instead.
  • Each run reads the newest review pages of a brand, five by default. A brand that gets more new reviews than that between runs needs more pages or more frequent runs.

FAQ

Can I get only negative reviews?

Yes. Set the maximum rating to 2 to get only 1 and 2 star reviews, or to 3 to include 3 stars.

Can I get only reviews the company has not answered?

Yes. Turn on “only unanswered” and the tool returns only reviews without a company reply.

What happens on the first run?

By default the first run records each brand's current reviews as a starting point and returns a small sample. From the second run on you get only reviews that are new.

Does it read reviews in every language?

Yes. Every review comes with its language code and the author's country, so you can filter them afterwards.

How many brands can I watch in one run?

As many as you need. Each brand is charged once per run, at $0.003, and brands that cannot be read are free.
