Catch stuck, unfulfilled orders before customers do

Paid orders sometimes stall: a shipping or order-management app loses sync, fulfillment never updates, and nobody notices until the customer writes in. Order Sync Watchdog watches every paid order and alerts you when one is still unfulfilled after the window you choose.

  • Alerts when a paid order passes your fulfillment window (6, 12, 24 or 48 hours)

How it works

  1. Install and approve

    Install the app from the Shopify App Store and approve the subscription. The first 7 days are free.

  2. Choose your window

    Pick 6, 12, 24 or 48 hours and the email that should get alerts.

  3. Fix what is stuck

    Overdue orders appear in the app and in your inbox. Fulfilling an order clears it.

FAQ

How do I find unfulfilled orders in Shopify?

In the Shopify admin, open Orders and filter by Fulfillment status: Unfulfilled. That list includes orders placed minutes ago. Order Sync Watchdog shows only the paid orders that have stayed unfulfilled longer than your window, and emails you when a new one crosses it.

Why do Shopify orders get stuck as unfulfilled?

Usually a fulfillment, 3PL or order management app stops syncing: a webhook is missed, a connection expires or the order fails a check in the other system. In Shopify the order looks normal, but nobody is shipping it.

Does it work with my 3PL or fulfillment app?

Yes. It does not connect to other apps; it watches the order in Shopify. If the order is not marked fulfilled in time, you get an alert, whichever app or warehouse was meant to ship it.

Will I get alerts for orders placed before I installed it?

No. Orders already paid at install are marked as imported history and send no email, so installing does not flood your inbox.

Does it change my orders?

No. It has read-only access to orders and fulfillments and never edits, cancels or fulfills anything.

Pricing

$9 per month after a 7-day free trial, billed through Shopify. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
